We will serve as your advisors throughout the entire property tax appeal process. This process involves, but is not limited to the following –
- Initial assessment appeal analysis to ensure our services are needed
- Process property tax assessment appeal application
- Underwrite and research case to provide best data to ensure success & savings
- Negotiate all pertinent facts & evidence with the County Assessor
- Represent client at all formal Assessment Appeals Board hearings
Additionally, once your property is in our database, we will continue to monitor your property to ensure that your property is valued fairly.
Please note that the cost of our service is entirely dependent upon our performance. We do not charge any upfront fees for our service. Our standard fee is 50% of the first year’s tax savings only. No saving, no paying!
Our goal is to ensure that you are only paying taxes on assessed values that reflect fair market value and nothing more.
