PROPERTY & APPEAL TYPES

Single Family Residential

We have successfully appealed many single family residential properties throughout California. Let us put our knowledge & experience of various sub-markets to work for you.

Investment Properties: Multi-Family, Industrial, Commercial, Land

Our team is experienced with every property type & has access to data & industry relations to assist & support our valuation.

Recent Developments

If your property has undergone substantial developments or has been rehabilitated within the past 4 years, it is time to proactively appeal your final construction assessment before it is permanent.

Base Year Appeal: Acquisitions, New Construction, Ownership

If you have recently received a new or updated supplemental tax bill due to new construction, a problem in the change of ownership, or have simply obtained a new property, we will seek a base year appeal to dispute & permanently lower the base-value that will be indicated on your tax bill for the duration of your ownership.

Decline in Value: Over-Assessed Values or Loss of Income

Regardless of when your property was obtained, contact us today for a free property tax evaluation to identify if you are overpaying in property taxes.

Calamity: Unforeseeable Damages or Natural Disasters

If an unexpected incident or natural disaster has caused any damage to your property, you are entitled to obtain a refund on your property taxes until your property is fully completed & restored.
